The apartment layouts are open plan allowing for breezy cross ventilation from front to back. Generous balcony and living spaces flow seamlessly between indoor and outdoor areas and large overhanging roof lines shade the complex.
A palette of materials including custom orb, split face masonry, fibre cement + battens are reminiscent of past coastal beach house architecture and create a low maintenance, contemporary architectural appearance.
