An integrated medium density residential development at Buderim, Sunshine Coast. The site is covered with dense vegetation and the development retains over 90% of the mature trees.
5 clusters of stepped 2 and 3 storey Rainforest Terraces housing 22 apartments are arranged in a linear configuration from east to west along the creek bank capturing the magnificent bush land views from all living spaces.
A mix of 36 residences in two storey structures in both freestanding and duplex configuration are arranged throughout the remainder of the site oriented with living spaces facing north.
