These 3 storey beach houses have generous open plan living areas at the top level with extensive windows to capture the Pacific Ocean views. The experience is like being on the bridge of a ship.
Timber decks occur at each level and a separate living space at the ground floor level for guests opens onto landscaped courtyards.
Original Bribie beach cottages were the inspiration for the building character with fibro and batten wall panels, corrugated iron roofs and wall cladding, timber decks, window hoods and casement windows evident throughout.
