Pacific Pines Sales Centre
An extension to, and complete transformation of, an existing sales facility at Pacific Pines, Gold Coast. The original box shaped building is enclosed with a new curved glass and steel extension wrapping around and above the existing structure.
The use of steel cladding and posts and sweeping roof forms creates a distinctive and prominent statement, appropriate to its intended function.
A ramped internal display floor leads to an elevated outdoor deck overlooking a pond and the estate view beyond.
